All new returns are subject to a processing fee of $10 for returns submitted with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and $50 for returns submitted without an RGA.

The following products are not eligible for return: O-rings, gaskets, seals, gasket/repair kits, tools, additives, filters, special order items, parts under $10 per unit and products that have been installed.

Parts that are received that have packaging that is not in salable condition will be charged a 15% fee for handling and replacing packaging. This fee is above any restocking charges related to the purchase date.

Unsalable packaging is packaging that has been torn open, damaged, stickered, written on, or stained. In these cases we need to replace the packaging.

Restocking charges on eligible returns are as follows:

• 0 - 30 Days - No restocking charge
• 31 - 60 Days - 20% restocking charge
• 61 - 90 Days - 30% restocking charge
• 91+ Days - Ineligible for return but will be considered on a case by case basis

Restocking charges are based on the date purchased to the day the product is received back at GCL Diesel.

NOTE: Please submit a new Return RMA for every invoice.
